One in three homeowners search again for a new property within a year of buying one. As many as one in three (34%) of Brits admits they have searched for a new home despite having just bought a property, new research has found. More than one in 10 (13%) admitted to being “very unhappy” in their homes, according to the study conducted by window furnishing company Thomas Sanderson.
